About Me
My Story
Hey there!

I've been a Registered Dietitian for almost 6 years! I am a wife, and a mama of two. I graduated from Western University and completed both my Undergraduate and Masters there in Dietetics. I work in geriatrics, and have been running a private practice for five years as well. I desire to share accurate information, tips and tricks to help individuals and families navigate the whirlwind of nutrition information and create positive healthy relationships with food. I am excited to make a nutrition presence in Northern Ontario, as I noticed a gap in access to Registered Dietitians here.

Looking forward to connecting!
My Philosophy
"Eat the cookie and the kale"

My philosophy is all about Balance!
Countless times I have heard clients talk of strict, unrealistic diets that come with claims to save all their problems. A big pet peeve of mine is the diet and wellness industry that thrives off of our health and body image struggles.

I want to help you break free of these marketing claims, expensive diet products, and well lets face it...less then delicious, restrictive diets.

My desire is to see you create a healthy and realistic relationship with food that will help you manage and/or prevent chronic illnesses.
